Accepting projects Apple Developer Program specialists · Wyoming, USA

Your Apple Developer account,
handled end to end.

Most teams lose weeks to D-U-N-S lookups, entity mismatches and enrollment states nobody explains. We run the whole process for you — from legal-name verification to a fully configured App Store Connect — and then build and ship the app itself.

What we do

Two disciplines,
one accountable team.

Getting onto the App Store is an administrative problem before it is an engineering one. We solve both halves, so nothing stalls between them.

01 — Account & compliance

Apple Developer Program enrollment

Organization or individual, US or international. We assemble the documentation, obtain the D-U-N-S Number, prepare your Apple ID and shepherd the application through Apple's verification — under your legal entity, with you as the account holder.

  • Eligibility & entity-readiness review before you spend a dollar
  • D-U-N-S Number request, correction and entity matching
  • Apple ID creation, two-factor and recovery hardening
  • Enrollment submission, status tracking & Apple correspondence
  • Rejected or stalled enrollment? We diagnose and re-file
  • App Store Connect setup: roles, agreements, banking & tax forms
02 — Product & engineering

Mobile app development

Six years and 45 shipped apps of native and cross-platform work. We take a product from whiteboard to a signed binary in review — and stay on after launch for the releases that follow.

  • Native iOS in Swift & SwiftUI; native Android in Kotlin
  • Cross-platform builds in React Native and Flutter
  • UI/UX design aligned to Apple's Human Interface Guidelines
  • In-app purchases, subscriptions and StoreKit integration
  • Certificates, provisioning, Fastlane pipelines and TestFlight
  • Submission, privacy nutrition labels and rejection appeals
The process

Six steps. No guesswork,
no silent weeks.

You get a named specialist, a shared document checklist and a status update at every stage — including the stages where the ball is in Apple's court.

STEP 01

Discovery & eligibility review

A 30-minute call to establish what you're building, which enrollment type actually fits (Organization, Individual, or the free Apple Developer account), and whether your entity is in a state Apple can verify. If something will block you later, you hear it here.

Day 0FreeNo obligation
STEP 02

Entity & D-U-N-S groundwork

Organization enrollment requires a D-U-N-S Number whose legal name, address and status match your registration exactly. We request it, chase it, and correct mismatched records — the single most common reason enrollments are rejected.

STEP 03

Apple ID, security & access

We set up a clean company Apple ID with two-factor authentication, trusted devices and recovery contacts documented, so the account never depends on one person's phone. Credentials are yours throughout — we work under access you grant and can revoke.

STEP 04

Enrollment submission & verification

We complete the application, pay or arrange the Apple Developer Program membership fee, and manage Apple's verification — including the call confirming that your signer has legal authority to bind the organization. We brief you on exactly what will be asked.

STEP 05

App Store Connect configuration

Approval is the start, not the finish. We configure team roles, accept the Paid Apps and developer agreements, complete banking and tax forms, generate certificates and provisioning profiles, and stand up TestFlight so you can distribute a build the same week.

STEP 06

Handover — or straight into the build

You receive a written handover: account structure, every credential location, renewal dates and a maintenance checklist. From there, either you run it yourself, or we keep going and build the app. Most clients choose the second.

Why teams hand this to us

We compete on certainty,
not on promises.

We don't publish client logos we don't have permission to use, and we don't quote vanity metrics. What we offer instead is a process you can audit and commitments we put in the contract.

The account is yours. Always.

Enrolled under your legal entity, your Apple ID, your payment method. We never resell, rent or retain accounts — a practice that gets apps removed.

Fixed fee, agreed upfront

You approve a written scope and a flat price before work starts. No hourly drip, no surprise line items at handover.

Re-filing is included

If Apple asks for more documentation or returns the application, we prepare and resubmit it as part of the same engagement.

One named specialist

A single person owns your file from the first call to handover. No ticket queue, no re-explaining your situation.

What you walk away with
  • An active Apple Developer Program membership
  • A verified D-U-N-S Number tied to your entity
  • A hardened Apple ID with documented recovery
  • App Store Connect configured with team roles
  • Signed agreements, banking and tax forms completed
  • Certificates, identifiers and provisioning profiles
  • TestFlight ready for internal and external testers
  • A written handover doc and renewal calendar
Engagements

Pick the depth you need.

Every engagement is quoted as a fixed fee after the discovery call, so you know the number before you commit. Third-party costs — such as Apple's annual membership fee — are billed at cost.

Apple charges its own Apple Developer Program membership fee, billed annually and payable to Apple. That fee is separate from our service fee and is passed through at cost.

Questions

The things people ask
before they hire us.

Do you create the account in your name or mine?

Yours — always. The membership is enrolled under your legal entity, with your Apple ID as the Account Holder and your payment method on file. We work under access you explicitly grant, and you can revoke it the moment the engagement ends.

We do not sell, rent or share developer accounts. Publishing through someone else's account violates the Apple Developer Program License Agreement and is one of the fastest ways to have an app removed and a developer account terminated. If that's what you're looking for, we're not the right agency.

How long does enrollment take?

It depends on the pieces you already have. An Individual enrollment with a usable Apple ID can complete quickly. An Organization enrollment that needs a new D-U-N-S Number takes longer, because D&B's issuance timeline and Apple's verification queue are outside anyone's control.

We give you a realistic window on the discovery call once we've seen your entity's actual situation — and we tell you which stages we control and which we don't.

What is a D-U-N-S Number and do I need one?

A D-U-N-S Number is a nine-digit business identifier issued by Dun & Bradstreet. Apple uses it to confirm that an organization enrolling in the Developer Program is a real, registered legal entity. It's required for Organization enrollment and not required for Individual enrollment.

D&B issues it at no charge. The difficulty isn't the fee — it's that the legal name, address and status on the D-U-N-S record must match your registration exactly, and mismatches are the most common cause of rejected enrollments. That matching work is a core part of what we do.

Should I enroll as an Individual or an Organization?

Individual enrollment is faster and lighter, but your apps are published under your personal name and you can't add team members with separate roles. Organization enrollment publishes under your company name, supports a real team structure, and is required for certain capabilities and distribution methods.

If you're raising money, hiring, or selling to businesses, Organization is almost always the right call — and switching later is more work than starting there. We'll walk through your case on the discovery call.

My enrollment was rejected or has been stuck for weeks. Can you help?

That's a large share of the work that comes to us. We start with a diagnosis: entity-record mismatch, an Apple ID that's already tied to another membership, an unverifiable address, an authority-to-bind question, or simply an application sitting in a queue.

Once we know which it is, we correct the underlying record and re-file. Bring us the exact wording of anything Apple sent you — it usually identifies the problem faster than anything else.

Do you work with clients outside the United States?

Yes. We're a Wyoming company and we work with founders and teams internationally. Enrollment requirements vary by country — particularly around entity documentation and the form of business registration Apple and D&B will accept — so the discovery call covers your jurisdiction specifically before we quote.

Can you also build the app, or only handle the account?

Both. We've shipped 45 apps over six years across native iOS (Swift, SwiftUI), native Android (Kotlin) and cross-platform stacks (React Native, Flutter). Plenty of clients hire us purely for enrollment; plenty more start there and keep us for the build and the releases after it.

What do you need from me to get started?

For the discovery call: your legal entity name and country of registration, what you're building, and any correspondence you've already had with Apple or Dun & Bradstreet.

After that, we'll send a short checklist covering registration documents, the person with authority to bind the company, and a contact address. We never ask you to send passwords or two-factor codes over email or chat.
